Antique Edwardian Mahogany Armchair
This antique Edwardian inlaid mahogany armchair is in lovely original condition. It’s been gently polished & we have left the seat as is, because it’s in good condition too, but not new. The frame is of strong construction, with many cross stretchers which help keep it stable. There are many fine satinwood inlays on the top of the back, on the shaped back rails, on the legs & on the stretchers. The arms are nice too, with turned uprights & finials on the tops. This chair dates to around the 1900 period & could be used in many places in the home. In fact, it could even be used as a desk chair.
