A scarce and highly sought-after Austrian cast bronze inkwell in the form of a fox with tail wrapped around as the base with the tip of the tail to the front.

Beautifully executed the hinged lid lifts to reveal the removable glass ink chamber within.

A handsome addition to the finest collection. Dating to the late Victorian era, around 1900, in excellent condition. 6" x 7" x 3 1/2" tall.
