Antique Chinese Giltwood Fo Dogs Near Pair
This is a good near pair of carved wood and gilded dogs of Fo dating from around 1850. The dogs are in lovely condition with a nice antique patina to the gilding and a lovely, warm red oxide colour to the bases. The dogs are identical in style, with one being slightly larger than the other. Largest is 23 cms high with the base being 13 by 9 cms. Smaller one is 22 cms high and the base is 13 by 8 cms.
