This hugely attractive William IV period English scroll arm chair offers classic style and is presented in excellent antique condition.

It will serve wonderfully as an office chair, study seat or hallway feature piece.

A well proportioned and classically styled chair with seat upholstered in a top quality leather.

The chair is a top quality example with a strong mahogany frame presenting a pleasing supportive back with hand carved decorative cross splat and wonderfully curved and carved top rail with swirl carved ears.

Riding upon desirable reeded front legs with tapered foot under a straight front rail.

The supportive leather seat offers a rewarding seating experience with the useful seat height of 44cm (17.3") and a width of 46cm (18.1") creating a comfortable seating position.

The piece is solid of joint and an ideal chair for daily use. With supportive arms the chair is easy to entrance and exit.
