A stunning 9ct gold rectangular shaped lavaliere pendant set with amethyst and pearls.
The pendant, made in the early part of the 20th century, is unusual in that the frame itself has straight sides as compared to the usual more rounded styles you may be used to seeing.
The sides representing candles feature four gold flame shape settings, each with a single pearl. Inside the frame is a suspended rod of gold with a round amethyst & smaller accent pearl above. There are further flame or leaf shape settings with pearls inside and a further amethyst drop below the frame. The holding ring is attached to a smooth gold graduated bale. I have added a lightweight diamond cut belcher chain to complete.

This pretty antique amethyst & pearl lavaliere pendant is offered in excellent condition. If, like me, you are fascinated and drawn to vintage and antique antique jewellery, this wouldn't look out of place in your collection.
