An antique Aesthetic Movement ebonised side chair, in the manner of Dr Christopher Dresser. The padded toprail above a flower-painted giltwood panel over a stuffed seat within raked and turned arms and flared legs. Dating from the 1880-1890s ths stunning and unusual small chair would make wonderful hall, bedroom or dressing table chair.

Good condition, very solid, wear and marks commensurate with age. Fabric is in good clean condition - seat is fairly firm and fairly comfortable. Would have originally been on casters. DELIVERY
