Anglo Indian Miniature Tomb of Akbar Shah

A lovely Anglo-Indian miniature painting on bone of the Tomb of Akbar Shah in Agra, dating to circa 1900, in its original carved hardwood frame. Akbar the First was the third Mughal Emperor of India and reigned from 1556-1605. The miniature is well-painted and in pretty good condition, commensurate with age, with only minor wear. The frame has an old repaired break which isn't really noticeable and the brass strut is quite short so it displays at an angle. There doesn't appear to be any damage to the end of the strut so I assume this was intentional. The miniature measures 4cm tall by 5cm wide and the frame is 12.5cm tall by 10.3cm wide. The price includes UK postage.

Standard Furniture Delivery
You should receive the goods 10 - 14 days after ordering, more time is required for delivery to the Far North and Scotland. The furniture is sent with small independent and friendly couriers, who take very good care of the furniture whilst in transit. Delivery is to the door, but with request the driver will normally assist into a secure place, house, garage, outhouses, etc.
Levels Antiques do not accept responsibility for any damage caused on the customer's premises when the delivery is being made.
Drivers mobile number available for liaising on day of delivery. Only one delivery attempt will be made with arrangements for the drop off being made in advance.

RETURNS
Here at Levels Antiques we abide by the distance selling regulations (updated 13/6/14).
You have the right to cancel your order within 48 hours.
Once item/s are delivered you have 14 days to cancel the order. Return of your purchase(s) must be within 14 days of this cancellation date.
The cost of the item/s and any delivery charge paid by the buyer will be refunded, whilst the cost of returning the item/s is at the buyers’ own expense.
