The wonderful coloured amethyst is approximately 40 carats with 6 small diamonds totalling approximately 0.60 carats all set in 14 carat gold. So probably American.It weighs 20 grams. The setting measures 27.85 mm x 24.80 mm. The ring size is M but we have a superb jeweller who can resize without a trace.
