A rare pair of Lamda chairs designed by architect Robert Hening and Hein Heckroth, 1935 and manufactured for Dartington Hall estate. Hening assisted William Lescaze in designing the buildings on the Dartington Hall estate, some of the most celebrated modernist dwellings in the UK.
The bent wooden frames of quarter-sawn oak have green floral coloured covered cushions which we think may be original. In good condition with clean upholstery. Very sturdy and comfortable.
