A 19th Century Bronze Paperweight. bronze bird dead %%alt5%%
A 19th century bronze paperweight in the form of a dead sparrow , and mounted on a black basalt base in the manner of Paul Comolera 1818 - 1897. The bronze is of fine casting with some ware in places from years of use, the basalt base has some chips and couple of losses commensurate with age.
