An Antique 17th Century Joined Oak Country Press / Court Cupboard

Measuring approximately 54 1/2" x 64" x 18" (width, height, depth)

A rare and characterful piece, desirably slim in depth and with pleasing rich dark oak patina throughout.
The upper level with most attractive foliate and flower head carved frieze and central panel, the cupboard doors decorated with strap-work / double heart motifs.
The large shelved lower section with two useful drawers also offering substantial storage space, the doors with old iron hinges, decorated with later swan and caryatid appliques. Original lock and key.

One or two back boards have been replaced and there is an old repair to one back leg....please see photos.
