A charming antique Victorian hall table with chess board inlaid top. The top is a nice warm colour and features crossbanding to the edges. It has attractive bobbin turned supports with turned stretchers. Would make a lovely writing desk, or games table for a hall or bedroom.

Solid condition, wear and marks commensurate with age. Lots of old mends to the veneer on the top - with one area of veneer mended to the middle section. The end of one of the finials to the underside of the table is missing.
