Makers mark MS&S.
Inscribed on the inside is 6-86 or 98-9, depending on which way up you look at it. This is not a professional inscription. Perhaps it refers to a date.
The hallmark is clear and easy to read.
There are surface marks associated with normal use and age.
Very good condition.
Supplied in a ring box.
