Yellow Gold.
Size S and 1/2.
Approximate dimensions: bloodstone 13.5mm x 11.4mm, band 4.8mm wide and 1.4mm thick, weight 7.8 grams.
The bloodstone has a couple of tiny nicks on the edge.
There are surface marks associated with light wear and age.
Overall in very good condition.
