This stylish ring has 3 square cut cornflower blue sapphires and 2 bright brilliant diamonds of approximately 0.25 of a carat each set in platinum on an 18 carat yellow gold band. The setting measures 17.05 mm across by 4.69mm wide. The ring size is K 1/2 but we have a superb jeweller who can resize without a trace. The middle sapphire is approximately 0.25 of a carat and the sapphires either side approximately 0.15 points of a carat each. It is marked 1939 18 ct S.H. & Co
