4 Flower End Of Day Dump.
A lovely piece of "end of day" glass made into a "dump" which was used for decoration or for a door stop or similar. The "end of day" glass pieces are so called as at the close of the day in a glass foundry, the workers were allowed to take home or to sell something made from the last piece of glass. This was a worthwhile perk for the labourers of the time.
This dump contains a central flower from which three others radiate out. The flowers are made from trace bubbles and are thus quite translucent.
There is an unpolished pontil to the base.
It is in good condition with just one small ding to the top, which can be seen in the photographs. It stands 5 inches or 13 centimeters tall.
UK post is £8.00. For international shipping, please contact us for a price.
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases, so we offer a money back guarantee. Items must be returned within 14 days and in the same condition as sent. Please note that postage and shipping costs are non-refundable.
