Fine late 19th.c. convex wall mirror c.1890. Original 11½” diameter convex mirror plate with ebonised slip in a gilded frame with applied ball decoration. Topped with a splendid raucous looking carved wooden bird and with further applied carved mouldings below. Very good condition, original through with some surface distress most obviously to the balls around the frame.
