19th Century Mahogany Card Table
Very pretty card table dating from circa 1890. The swivel top stands very well on four square tapering legs with an inversely shaped under tier shelf. The top is inlaid with a band of boxwood and the frieze is pleasantly shaped with a central decorative open fret design.
The baize interior, with its gilt tooling, shows use, but is original to the table and we have therefore left it unchanged.
The table, when closed, measures 22" (56 cm) x 15" (38 cm) and is 27.5" (70 cm) high. When open, the top is 29.75" (76 cm) All items are sold with a 14 day money back guarantee. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund (excluding carriage costs). The item must be returned in the same condition as it left us. The refund will be issued on the item's return to our premises.
