This delightful early 19th century needlepoint embroidery is a particularly fine piece of work, beautifully framed in or around 1870. The oval floral panel has very fine, neat stitching which gives great detail to the leaves and flowers. The piece is set in an oval gilt mount with a green velvet surround which sits in a further gilt slip and good quality rosewood frame.

The frame measures 27 cms by 34 cms.
