A charming 18th century Bilston Enamel Patch Box with ormolu Mounts and a Mirrored Hinged Lid on which is depicted a young Child in rural Scene, painting at an Easel.The ground colour is a pale salmon Pink. It has a few minor cracks in the Enamel which is commonly found on these little Boxes.c.1770. Dimensions are:-3.5.x.2.8.x.2cms.Min. I am listed as a Private Dealer but some of my Stock can be viewed at The Antique Shop, 53, High Street Heathfield E.Sussex.If you wish, I am am able meet you there to discuss any items and also bring along any items which are not on Antiques Atlas but not displayed in the Shop.
