An early 19th Century Snuff Box in Burr Wood.This Snuff Box can be Locked by pulling out to reveal 'mechanism'
Painted Interior. To Lock you twist the end to engage the 'Lock' and close it. The 'Lid' has a 'Dummy' lifting piece.Excellent Colour and Patinanion. c.1830. I am listed as a Private Dealer but some of my Stock can be viewed at The Antique Shop, 53, High Street Heathfield E.Sussex.If you wish, I am am able meet you there to discuss any items and also bring along any items which are not on Antiques Atlas but not displayed in the Shop.
