18thC Primitive Fruitwood Stick Chair - Windsor
A beautiful and rare primitive 18th Century comb back stick chair. Constructed from fruitwood with thick single slab seat and ash bentwood arm.
Very strong and stable, standing well with pleasant proportions.
A beautiful example in excellent original condition with just a small number of historic worm holes. Colour and patina are superb. It is also comfortable having a saddled seat - a rare feature on primitive chairs.
