A nicely proportioned late 18th early 19th century Yew Wood and Elm Bow-back Windsor with traditional wheel-back splat, the splat set into a bent arm-bow with swept front supports. The dished and saddled Elm seat is raised on four turned ‘Ball and ring‘ legs united by a crinoline stretcher.
Possibly made in the Thames Valley area.

Condition: Good. Old repairs, Marks/scratches commensurate with age.
