16thC Style English Antique Oak Aumbry Cupboard
A genuine aumbry cupboard is deemed to be the "holy grail" for most collectors. Such sought after pieces command significant sums of money which, for most, is simply unaffordable.
We are therefore delighted to offer this 16th Century style aumbry cupboard or hutch. Likely to have been made on Wardour Street, London during the latter years of the 18th Century / early 19th Century (Wardour Street was a centre producing copies of period antique furniture during the 18th and 19th Centuries).
With single door and gothic tracery apertures.
A good looking item that would grace any period home.
Condition as per images.
