I offer a full 14 day money back guarantee, If you wish to return your item for any reason please contact me for the return postal address. All returns must be sent signed for and be fully insured. Buyer pays return postal fee's. On the safe return of the item a refund will be made in the same format as the original payment.

Damaged or Lost in Transit
If in the event your item should arrive damaged please do not sign for the item and if you do please mark on the paperwork that it is damaged. Upon the discover of any such damage please take photographs and keep all packing and contact myself as soon as possible. Any claim will be made on your behalf and any payments due will only be paid when I have received payment from the shipping company. This also applies to and lost or stolen items.
