Description

A rare and authentic Queen Anne oyster veneered side table circa 1700. This piece is very close to original condition, repairs to drawer and old replacement feet. It is unusual to find such a “light” piece of this age in such good untouched condition. Yew wood oyster veneers on a softwood carcass. Original barley twist supports joined by serpentine crossed stretcher. All joints in good condition, and the piece retains the patina of age and use.
