Regency Wall Mirror - Walnut Veneer - c1820

This is an attractive wall mirror c1820.

The mirror is a beautifully detailed piece. A charming frame with stepped perimeter presents gilt-gesso detailing atop walnut veneer. The mirror plate is in good condition as befits its later manufacture. The mirror frame is in good order, however we mention for the sake of accuracy that one of the flowers has light petal damage - see images.

The mirror can be hung as either portrait or landscape.

Overall a lovely mirror which will suit a variety of locations.
