An attractive overmantle mirror. We date this mirror to the 1900s.

The mirror consists of a large central beveled edge mirror flanked either side by carved columns. The mirror has a decorative top with an attractive carved cornice.

The mirror is fitted with brackets for securing to the wall, two at each side.

The overmantle mirror has a height of 56.5" (144cm), a width of 56" (143cm) at its widest and a depth of 5.5" (14cm) at the deepest.

This lovely Victorian carved mahogany overmantle mirror remains in good solid condition with surface markings commensurate with age and usage. There is some minor foxing to the mirror and wear to some edges of the frame. There is a tiny bit of paint to some of the edges where it has been against a wall.

This remains a stylish and elegant overmantle mirror which will continue to provide good service for many years to come.
