Victorian Iron Rim Lock & Door Knobs Set .Splendid large Victorian rim lock circa.1890 .
Sold with cast brass octagonal door knobs c.1910.

Would make an ideal front or back door set on a Vctorian /Edwardian house.

The lock has been thoroughly cleaned & lightly polished ,and is in good working order.

The latch has a strong spring action ,& turning the key produces a pleasant "klonk"noise of the lock bolt .The old iron key works properly from both sides of the lock.The door knobs are fixed permanently at one end & adjusted at the other end by a grub screw .
