An extremely useful, sliding door, large Victorian cupboard. This item is made of yellow pine, and has two large sliding doors with numerous adjustable shelves inside. This piece would be ideal as a large larder unit for any kitchen, or useful as hallway storage for boots, shoes, etc. It is still painted on the outside with its original grain paint finish, but sadly it does need some work. This item is structurally sound, however, the runners on the bottom are quite worn, and they are missing on the top of this piece. The cupboard has had a piece of wood added to the top to keep the doors in place, but the doors do work. This item could be stripped and easily repainted, and with some time and effort, this item would make an extremely useful piece of antique furniture, and solve many storage problems. ref 00171
