A wonderful and quite rare example of a Mid Nineteenth Century 'Robert Adam Style" over mantle mirror. The Neo Classical design consists of various inlaid veneers onto a Satinwood main frame. The mirror retains its excellent quality original mercury bevelled plate and backboards. Made by a very skilled and competent craftsperson who clearly understood proportion and the Neo Classical 'Adam" style.
