We are selling this lovely quality 19th Century French Sevres antique jewellery box. It has painted panels of courting couples in the countryside wearing brightly coloured traditional costumes. The borders of the panels have raised gold scrolls and swirls. The mounting is bronze ormolu and has cast scrolls to each corner. All sitting on four bun feet and lined with a red velvet cloth.

Measuring 10 inches in length, width 5 1/2 inches and height 5 1/2 inches. Panels all in lovely condition, gilt work also in good condition with small amounts of wear as appropriate for age. Please see all photos as they form part of description.
