An original Tim Bates designed Pieff Eleganza dining suite from the 60's/70's. The boat shaped table with superb Brazilian rosewood top with circular mirrored chrome base. The 8 chairs, 6 standard armchairs and 2 higher backed carver or end chairs upholstered in original soft leather on tubular mirrored chrome bases. All with Pieff underneath lining. This retro table and chairs would be ideal for the dining room, office or boardroom. All the chrome cleaned and polished and the leather cleaned and waxed. The whole suite in very good condition with one minor (3") repaired tear to back of one of the low back chairs.
The late Tim Bates was a chief designer and owner at Pieff and their antique furniture was a must have name in the high end British furniture market during the 1960's and 70's.
