A magnificent and superb quality three seat oak monks bench / settle. Featuring three seating positions, and large lift up seats providing a large storage space below. This item is made by the renowned mid 20th century oak antique furniture maker ‘Brights of Nettlebed’. It is in a Jacobean style, and is made of solid English oak. It has been decorated with forged iron hinges, and is in superb condition. There is a small amount of general wear and tear. Approximate cost new would be £2500.00. This item is ideal for any period property of country interior.
