A set of six (5+1) Mid Century Ercol Windsor hoop back dining chairs, made of beech with elm seats. Blue label present which dates them between 1954 - 1976. This set of six dining chairs has been in the same family since new, whereby they chose the option of 5 side chairs and 1 carver. This is the nicest set we've had, as they all have very light wear, good grain configuration, and are in excellent condition.

Our stock items are carefully selected by myself and I only buy good quality items which may need small repairs, a clean and a polish. I don't buy any items that need major restoration, but any loose joints are re-glued. Occasionally, some items may have small amounts of historic extinct woodworm, never enough to affect the integrity of the item, and is always treated as a matter of course. We try to describe and show our items the best we can, and we use studio lighting which sometimes lightens the colour slightly on some of the furniture. All lamps are rewired and PAT tested. Every item we sell we would have in our home (some of them have been!!) It is impossible to describe every item fully, so please feel free to email or call for more information or any queries you may have. The items will have no major defects but will show signs of normal age related wear and use. I would prefer the items to show its life rather than strip it and re-polish it, as it's only original once!
