Great Eastern Railways Bye-laws & penalties sign
An original Great Eastern Railway Company list of Bye-laws and fines, circa 1905.
The sign is paper, mounted on tin, with a pine frame. It measures approximately 32 inches (ca. 81 cm) high, by 22 inches (ca. 56 cm) wide, by 1.5 inches (ca. 4 centimetres) deep.
As can be seen from the photos there is wear and tear in areas to the sign, but being paper on tin this is a rare survivor.
There are signs of historic worm on the frame, but this has been treated.
An interesting and decorative, original piece.
