A beautiful low antique French style coffee / side table with a gilt finish and a circular glass top. This was made in France, it dates from around the 1960’s.

It is small yet heavy for its size, it is hard to tell what the construction is under the gilt finish, but the base is probably solid wood and the cherubs are probably gesso. It is a lovely size, very useful as a small coffee table or an occasional side table.

The condition is very good for its age, with a lovely finish and patina. There is no real damage to be seen, just some light surface wear here and there.
