This is a fabulous, super Scottie Dog design, Charles Horner of Halifax Brooch of the Art Deco period (and shown on page 239 of Tom J Lawson's book) it is made of French Bakelite (Casein), in immaculate condition set to a high polish white metal frame with a bar pin, it is a fine example with an almost golden/bronze wash, wearing a blue collar and his little red tongue still showing - measuring c2.1/4" inch long it is a substantial vintage piece in the finest of order. A simple period c catch pin is present to the rear, super collectable piece that will certainly not disappoint!
