Cased G. Coradi Planimeter Measuring Instrument
This antique planimeter was made by the Swiss maker G. Coradi of Zurich and retailed by Stanley in the UK. It is dated 1913 and numbered 20397. It looks to be complete, although we are not sure of this. It is retained within its original wooden case with leatherette covering.
Condition: Overall in good condition, with some wear consistent with age and use. It looks to be complete, although please note that we are not 100% sure of this. The instrument has some surface pitting and rusting and some discolouration. The case has some heavy wear. It is split on the botton with loss and is missing most of its covering to the base. It is also split to the corners. The leatherette covering is split, frayed, worn and stained.
