Brass Bound Gentleman’s Travelling Box

This is a good large Gentleman’s Necessaire or Deed Box, the box is made in Rosewood and decorated and bound with Brass, with brass carrying handles
The lid of the box has stationary compartments, it has many more compartments both on view and secret ones beneath. There are 7 visible compartments and another 5 hidden, there is a letter rack inside the lid
The box is in good all round condition and it has 2 keys it is 17” wide, 10.5” deep and 7” high
