This is an antique travelling vanity case. An English, leather and silver dressing table box with fitted interior, dating to the early 20th century, circa 1920.
Appealing vanity set with quality silver accessories
Displaying a desirable aged patina throughout
Deep green, lightly aged leather in the manner of Asprey
Silk cotton lining presents nicely with a distinctive patterned finish
Dressed with a pair of sliding brass clasps with a stout leather handle
Monogram to lid in gilt tooling with the initials M.G.H.
Fitted interior offers a suite of 12 accessories, with brushes and bottles
Birmingham hallmarks on silver dated between 1906 'G' and 1912 'N'
