A fantastic antique silver brooch in the form of a ballerina dancing girl.
Designed by silversmith Frederick Massingham of Birmingham for the firm D.H. Phillips London.
The silver modelled ballerina brooch which is dated for Birmingham 1947.
It has has been extremely well crafted and shows fine detail. The dress folds are superb.
The pin slots neatly into a roll over type catch.
The reverse has hallmarks with makers stamp along with assay symbol for Birmingham and date letter.

The brooch is in excellent condition and is very clean considering the age.
