A beautiful vintage gilt mirror in the antique French style. This was made in France, it dates from around the 1950-60’s.

The quality is excellent, it is made from a combination of gilt wood and gesso. There are fine details on the frame, and the gilt has acquired a stunning patina. The mirror is bevelled with an etched border, adding to the elegant appearance.

The condition is excellent for its age, with no damage and just the right amount of surface wear.
