If using a delivery company of your own choice, please ensure that they are experienced at moving antique furniture and are covered by insurance.

We endeavour to give the most accurate price, but in some cases, shipping can incur additional charges, such as import duties. As such we will contact all international customers by either e-mail or telephone, when an order is placed to clarify delivery quotes.

Any additional local taxes and surcharges applied when the item arrives at its destination are payable by the customer.

PRICES

Prices are as set out on the website, we reserve the right to alter prices at any time. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

RETURNS

In the rare case that you wish to return an item, we need notification within 48 hours of delivery. We will then refund the cost of the item back to you in full, less transport costs involved. The item must then be delivered back to our showroom within 14 days in the exact same condition as it left us.

STORAGE

Should an item not be ready for immediate delivery, we are able to hold stock at our shop in Cowbridge. Items may be subject to a storage fee where applicable.
