This incredibly rare quatrefoil dial, deadbeat escapement, sweep centre second domestic regulator with crenelated top and beautifully made tapered case. The quatrefoil design carried through to the side frets and base is highlighted by the burr elm panels set within. The case has been carefully cleaned to remove all the years of dirt, dust and wax to reveal its original high polish shellac finish and really does look fantastic. The fine centre sweep second deadbeat escapement movement is beautifully made with high pinion count pinions and five sustantial knopped pillars. We have fully overhauled the movement in-house by me personally and comes with a full three year guarantee for your peace of mind With over twenty years experience in restoring and conserving clocks and working on some of the finest and complicated clocks for a select group of the best antique clock dealers in the country.
