A large 17th century carved oak panel depicting St Andreas (also known as St Andrew), and set within a later ebonised frame.
The panel is beautifully carved with St Andrew in the centre with the posts of the Latin cross behind ,to which he was bound too and martyred when crucified. Above is a winged angel, and surrounding the centre piece is a sequence of rolling foliage forming a cartouche.
Overall the panel is in fantastic condition and is ready to hang.
