The medal hallmarked with the maker's mark, "9" and ".375" for 9 carat gold, the Birmingham town mark and date letter "C" for 1927/28.
The medal is complete with the original presentation case from "Toye & Co Ltd, Medallists, Liverpool. London, Manchester"
