Description

A fine regency mahogany sofa table of elegant refined form, with its splayed reeded legs and original brass lion paw castors. The box section below the top contains two deep long drawers which are right and left on opposite side of the table with two dummie drawers, all complete with brass roundle handles. The leaves pull up and rest upon four bracket supports , the top having beutiful mahogany veneers with exceptional grain and then crossbanded with a single line of stringing, and the face of the top edge finish with a planed reeded moulding.
The table is in good condition and has a couple of minor losses commensurate with age.
