Description
An 18th century German westerwald tankard having and a cobalt and manganese glaze. The tankard is decorated with a bird in the centre and has its original pewter lid with acorn shaped pomel, the lid is marked B GLFA and date 1770. Overall the tankard is in superb condition with only one minor chip to the rim.measurements
