Description

An 18th century country landscape depicting a couple standing by a large tree with their dog, a small waterfall and cattle. In the background, a person fishing on their boat, with cottages behind, and in the distance a castle.

The oil painting is of excellent quality and in very good condition with some chipping to the frame , commensurate with age. It also appears to have been recently reconsolidated on the back.
